The color is intense garnet. The nose is wide, complex and dynamic. Well-ripe fruity notes and spices such as peppercorn and cinnamon prevail on primary aromas. The good structure combines the acidity and the alcohol content and allows to the fragrance to open progressively. The aftertaste is long, persistent and with soft and well-balanced tannins.
CULINARY COMBINATIONS
Perfect with roasts, boiled meat, braised meat and wild game. Good also with aged cheese.
